About Dr. Bridge

Biology-Diane Bridge-2

I have been teaching and doing research with students at Elizabethtown College since 2000. My undergraduate and PhD training was at Yale University, and before coming to Elizabethtown I did postdoctoral research at the American Museum of Natural History and the University of California at Irvine. My courses and research emphasize areas of overlap between biomedical and environmental science. For example, together with students I am currently studying molecular features that may affect both susceptibility to temperature stress and aging in members of the invertebrate genus Hydra.
