Goede Stuff 16: Searching for Sugarman
We watched Searching for Sugarman again last night. This is an inspirational story of Sixto Rodriguez an overlooked 1970s folk-rock musician from Detroit who had no idea he had become a star, and his songs anti-apartheid anthems, in South Africa. By this time, he was working on a demolition crew in Detroit.
