I grew up in the 70’s falling to sleep with Ernie Harwell doing the play-by-play for the Detroit Tigers – one of the best. With the passing of Al Kaline, I found this old recording of the game with Kaline’s 3000th hit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qx0eo4M5Y-g

I’m not sure exactly how this list will evolve, but for now it will start with recommendations of things that bring me joy. One of my favorite websites has become David Byrne’s (Talking Heads) Reasons to Be Cheerful: https://reasonstobecheerful.world/ . New stories post every few days.
