Programming Registration (to reserve your spot): $300
Programming Deposit #1, Nov. 30th: $2,500
Programming Deposit #2, Feb. 1st: $2,200
Total Trip Fees. Based on our airfare and hotel plans, the programming cost (airfare, in-country travel) is set at $5,000 as of August 2023.
Credit Costs. Credits are not included in the payments listed above and should be managed directly with the Business Office. The Study Abroad program offers a reduced cost for credits (tentatively $850 total for 4 credits in 2024). This can be paid later than the trip fee schedule, based on the College’s summer course schedule.
Mobility Needs. Please be aware that a large portion of our daily events will include walking tours. Registrants should be able to walk up to 4 miles in a day at a mild to medium pace, stand for walking tours, and manage their own luggage. Some of our hotels do not have elevators–that’s common in Europe.
Non-Student Travelers. If a participant is not a current student, that person will be billed for international medical insurance. Please contact Dr. Moore for your estimate.
